The following terms apply to all promotions: 

• LNDR reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit entries that do not comply with Terms & Conditions of entry. This includes conduct which is thought to be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of LNDR.
• LNDR reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel a discount or promotion at any time, without prior notice. 
• No rainchecks; prizes and/or discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
• Prizes and/or discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Prizes and/or discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Leave a Review & Win Your Order Refunded

By submitting a product review to LNDR, you agree to receive marketing communications from LNDR, including updates, promotions, and offers.

Monthly Prize Draw

• All eligible customers who submit a verified product review within a calendar month will be automatically entered into the draw to win the value of their reviewed order refunded.
• One (1) winner will be selected at random on the 15th of every month.
• No additional purchase is necessary to enter.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided with their order.
• If you are not selected, you will not be contacted.
• The prize consists of a full refund of the order total for the reviewed product(s). Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of winner notification.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit on a different order.

Additional Details

• Only one entry per order is permitted.
• Reviews must comply with LNDR’s guidelines for authenticity and appropriateness.
• LNDR reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

"Win Your Wish List" Competition: Terms & Conditions

Promoter

Frank Industries Pty Ltd t/a LNDR, ABN 52 131 039 720, 22/5 Easy St, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia ("LNDR").

Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of LNDR and their immediate families cannot enter.

Entry period

The competition opens on Tuesday 27 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October 2026 local time (Sydney time for Australia, London time for the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, and New York time for the United States).

How to enter

Sign in or enter your email address on the LNDR website for your region, and save at least one item to your Wishlist. One entry per person.

No purchase necessary. Buying does not improve your chances of winning.

Prizes

There are six (6) prizes in total, two (2) per region (Australia, United States and United Kingdom/Rest of World). Each prize is an LNDR gift card equal to the total value of the winner's Wishlist at the prices shown on the website when entries close, up to a maximum of A$800(Australia),US$800 (United States) or £500 (United Kingdom/Rest of World). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Winner selection

Two winners per region will be drawn at random from valid entries in that region after entries close.

Winner notification

Winners will not be publicly announced. Winners will be notified by email on Sunday 1 November 2026 (Sydney for Australia, London for the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, and New York for the United States). A list of winners is available on request by contacting hello@lndropro.com. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner may be drawn.

General

LNDR may disqualify fraudulent or automated entries, and may amend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its control require it. To the extent the law allows, LNDR is not liable for loss connected with the competition. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
